We appreciate your interest in Palm Lake Co-op. Palm Lake is conveniently located west of I-95 Exit #76 and east of Military Trail in Palm Beach County. Our community has over 900 homesites with the new V.A. Hospital located just across the street on Military Trail. There are many “pre-loved” homes presently listed for sale, and new Manufactured Homes can be designed and installed to your personal request. Financing is available at bank rates.

Palm Lake Co-op is a Five-Star, resident owned, “retirement” community featuring three clubhouses, three pools, two hot tubs, and a fishing lake. You have the opportunity to invest in the Co-op by purchasing a “share” (valued at $30,000 - w/ maintenance of only $183.71/mo.) which includes your homesite, or you can “rent” a homesite from the Co-op (for only $453.71/mo. which includes the maintenance). In either event you will still have the investment in your own home. One resident in each home must be 55(+) years of age and 40 is the minimum age for all others. Activities of all sorts are planned. “Social Clubs” organize dances, pot luck suppers, breakfasts, special dinners, singing and dancing groups. Men and women’s golf leagues, bowling leagues, shuffleboard, horse shoes, Bocci ball, exercise classes, crafts, and bingo are available just to mention some of the opportunities.
